These Terms govern your use of LifeFlow and other games published by Arsenii Braginskii, an independent developer based in Spain, trading as “Rogue Tellers” (“we”, “us”). By downloading or playing the Game you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to play. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may play only with the permission of a parent or guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf.

2. Your licence

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the Game on devices you own or control, for non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell or distribute the Game, or use cheats, bots or modified clients, except as allowed by law.

3. Virtual items

The Game contains virtual currency and items (for example, crystals, coins and outfits). They have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are licensed to you — not sold. We may change or rebalance virtual items as the Game evolves. Game progress is stored on your device; if you delete the Game or its data, or lose your device, your progress and items may be lost and we may be unable to restore them.

4. Purchases

In-app purchases are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store under their terms. Refunds are handled by the store according to its policies and applicable law. If you live in the EU or UK, you agree that digital content is delivered immediately after purchase and acknowledge that you therefore lose the right of withdrawal once delivery has begun.

5. Advertising

The Game offers optional rewarded video ads. Rewards are granted only after an ad has been fully watched. Ad availability depends on third-party ad networks, and we cannot guarantee that an ad will be available at any given time. Ads are provided by third parties and do not constitute our endorsement.

6. Fiction

LifeFlow is a work of fiction. Events, characters, careers, relationships, finances and health outcomes in the Game are simplified for entertainment and are not advice of any kind.

7. Updates and availability

We may update, change or discontinue the Game or any part of it at any time. Some updates may be required to keep playing.

8. Intellectual property

The Game, including its text, art, music and code, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Third-party components are used under their respective licences.

9. Disclaimer

The Game is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or virtual items. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Game at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end your licence if you seriously breach these Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring claims in its courts.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. The effective date shows the latest version. If you keep playing after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
